1 Eligibility & Consent

By accessing or using the 95bdt platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and 95bdt. 95bdt is an online entertainment platform that provides casino games, sports betting, and related services for users in Bangladesh.

2 Account Registration

Every user wishing to open an account at 95bdt must provide accurate and complete information. Creating an account with false or misleading information is strictly prohibited.

2.1 Account Creation Requirements

• Each person may create only one account.
• The name, date of birth, and contact details provided in the account must be accurate.
• The user is solely responsible for keeping their account password and login details confidential.
• Sharing or transferring an account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• If you suspect that unauthorized access to your account has occurred, notify our support team immediately.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

95bdt reserves the right to verify the identity of users to ensure secure services. You may be asked to submit a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents as needed. Withdrawal requests may not be processed until document verification is complete.

3 Age Verification

95bdt is a responsible platform. Our services are for individuals aged 21 and above only. Participation in gambling by minors is strictly prohibited.

95bdt may request documents for age verification at the time of account registration or at any stage. Providing a false age is a serious violation and may result in permanent account closure.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Deposits at 95bdt can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. 95bdt does not charge any additional fees on deposits, however your payment provider may charge a transaction fee.

• Use only a payment method registered in your own name

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests at 95bdt are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

For bank transfers, accounts with BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), Islami Bank Bangladesh, or similar major Bangladeshi banks may be used. Bank transfers may take somewhat longer to process.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

95bdt offers new users a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. Depositing ৳10,000 will earn a maximum bonus of ৳8,000, giving a total balance of ৳18,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. The current requirement is to place bets totalling 25 times the bonus amount. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳50,000 in bets must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering is counted based on the bonus amount only.

• Wagering requirement: 25x (on the bonus amount)
• Bonuses are given once only; claiming bonuses from multiple accounts is prohibited
• 95bdt reserves the right to change or cancel any promotional offer at any time
• Use of bonuses may be restricted on certain games

5.3 General Bonus Terms

95bdt reserves the right to conduct necessary investigations to prevent misuse of all bonuses and promotions. If misuse of a bonus is suspected, the bonus may be cancelled.

6 Fair Play Policy

95bdt is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. All our games are operated impartially and we use SSL encryption technology to keep user data secure.

6.1 Fairness of Game Results

The results of all games at 95bdt are determined by an automated and impartial process. It is not possible to artificially alter the result of any game. If any violation of this policy is detected, the relevant account will be permanently closed.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical fault or system disruption, 95bdt will review the situation and provide applicable compensation or a refund. 95bdt is not obliged to pay incorrect winning amounts displayed as a result of a technical fault.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Abusing or circumventing the bonus system
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources
• Hacking, using bots, or gaining an unfair advantage through software
• Colluding with other users during play

• Creating or operating an account with a false identity or documents
• Harassing other users or engaging in abusive behavior
